Kinds of strategy

Two kinds of strategy launch through mystrat, and they differ in one thing: what the vault's share of every trade buys.

NFT strategy
Bids on the cheapest piece of one collection, relists it, burns the token with every sale.
Token strategy
Buys another token from its holders in fixed bags, relists each bag, burns with every sale.

What they share

A token launched through mystrat is a Pons token of one billion. It trades on its Pons curve until the curve holds 4.2 ETH, and in its Pons pool on Uniswap v4 after that. Every trade in either place pays a 10% creator tax to the strategy's vault (an attached token keeps its own, from 1% to 10%), and the vault splits what it receives the same way for both kinds: 80% for the strategy, 10% for the launcher, 10% for the platform. Fees has the numbers.

The vault starts earning with the token's first trade, without waiting for the move to the pool.

Both keep a shelf. They bid, buy, relist at 1.2 times cost, and burn only when something on the shelf sells, so their burning follows demand for the target. Neither limits how many strategies one target can have, and the launcher's 10% goes to the launching wallet.

Which one

You run a collection
An NFT strategy gives your floor a bid funded by trading in the strategy token. If your wallet owns the collection's contract, the strategy page tells buyers so in red, because an owner may be able to mint pieces and sell them to the vault.
You back a token
A token strategy makes its vault a standing buyer of that token, a bag at a time.
You already launched a token on Pons
Attach it. As long as your wallet still receives its creator rewards, it can hand them to a new vault of either kind. See launching a strategy.
